SALT LAKE CITY — Chris Nelson had three hits and drove in two runs to help the Salt Lake Bees to a 5-0 shutout of Tacoma on Saturday night.

Dustin Richardson allowed four hits in six innings and combined with two relievers for the shutout.

Tacoma’s Ty Kelly had two hits.

Everett smashes Salem-Keizer

EVERETT — Bryan Brito’s three-run triple sparked a six-run fourth inning, and the Everett AquaSox crushed Salem-Keizer 14-8.

Everett had 17 hits to snap a four-game losing streak.
