OKLAHOMA CITY — Five RedHawks pitchers combined on a four-hit shutout as Oklahoma City beat the Tacoma Rainiers 1-0 in Pacific Coast League play Friday.

Starter Brett Oberholtzer (2-3) went 5-2/3 innings for the RedHawks (22-12), allowing one hit and striking out nine.

Eric Thames had two hits for Tacoma (21-15). James Gillheeney (2-1) took the loss. Oklahoma City got its run in the fourth inning on Brandon Laird's RBI double.
