EVERETT — Daniel Vogelbach hit a pair of solo home runs, leading Boise to a 3-2 Northwest League win over the Everett AquaSox Thursday night at Everett Memorial Stadium.

Both homers came off AquaSox starter Steve Ewing, who gave up only one other hit while striking out seven in six innings.

Vogelbach's second homer tied the score at 2-2 in the seventh. The Hawks pushed across the tiebreaking run the following inning when Izaac Garsez hit a leadoff triple off Everett reliever Mark Bordonaro (3-2) and scored on a sacrifice fly.

Catcher Mike Zunino was 2 for 4 with a run-scoring single, his first professional stolen base and a run scored for Everett (6-10, second half).
