COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Brendan Harris had four hits and drove in five runs as Colorado Springs handed Tacoma its sixth straight loss with a 9-1 Pacific Coast League victory at Security Service Field on Monday.
The Sky Sox jumped to a 4-0 lead in the third inning on a pair of two-run doubles by Matt McBride and Harris.
The Sky Sox lead ballooned to 9-0 after a five-run sixth inning, capped by Harris' three-run double.
The Rainiers were held scoreless until shortstop Nick Franklin drove in outfielder Darren Ford on a single with one out in the top of the eighth inning.
