Late home runs doom Rainiers
Andrew Brown hit homers in the ninth and 11th innings to give Colorado Springs a win over Tacoma Friday night.
TACOMA — Andrew Brown hit his second homer of the night in the 11th inning Friday night to give the Colorado Springs Sky Sox a 4-3 win over the Rainiers in Pacific Coast League play.
Brown's solo shot in the top of the ninth tied it at 3.
Tacoma's Danny Hultzen allowed two runs, one earned, in five innings.
