TACOMA — Darren Ford had two of Tacoma's four hits in a 5-0 loss to the Las Vegas 51s in Pacific Coast League action Friday night.

Rainiers starter Brian Sweeney was tagged for four runs in his seven-inning stint, giving up six hits — two of them home runs — walking two and striking out four.

Alex Liddi and Carlos Peguero had a hit apiece for Tacoma (32-48).

Everett 7, at Salem-Keizer 5

Patrick Kivlehan hit a three-run homer as part of a four-run first inning for the AquaSox (12-3), who held on for the Northwest League win.
