RAVE To the woman who found my wallet on the ground in Fremont during the Solstice celebration, called my home saying she found it and to the police officer she gave my wallet to when I didn’t return her call. He called me and I got their voice messages when I returned home to the Olympic Peninsula the next day. I picked up my wallet at the North Seattle Police Precinct with my credit cards, cash, driver's license and everything else exactly where I left them. A very scary and distressing experience turned into a marvelous encounter with good hearts, honesty and a caring, efficient Seattle Police Department.

RANT To the person(s) who smashed the car window of my son’s new car and took a $25 gift card he got from his grandparents for graduation. If you would have just asked we would have gladly given it to you. Now we have to pay $200 to get the window replaced. Jerk.
