RAVE To SPD parking enforcement for patrolling and ticketing all the cars whose drivers think they can disregard all the parking rules during the Fremont Fair weekend. It was still a chaotic mess but their presence helped.

RANT To the Rock & Roll Marathon and the SPD: after the Discover Music Series for children Saturday we spent 2½ hours trapped in the Benaroya Hall parking garage. There were no officers directing traffic, they were sitting in their cars along the marathon route. Please move this event to the ’burbs where it can’t disrupt so many others or have it on a Sunday when no one is downtown.
