RAVE AND RANT Rave to the person at Green Lake Park for pointing out the rules to the lawbreaker letting his dog off-leash. Rant to all those at parks who ignore “no dogs,” “no bicycles,” “skateboards are strictly prohibited,” etc., signs and are irascible when the rules are brought to their attention.

RANT AND RAVE Rant to the disgusting people who leave garbage strewn all over the beach at Golden Gardens every night and massive rave to the Seattle Parks Department staff who is there every morning before 7 picking up all matter of repulsive waste dumped all over the beach and park by those rude, thoughtless, uncivilized and probably drunk and high visitors. Stay home or clean up after yourselves!
