Man exposing himself near Bellingham university

Police are looking for a man who may be responsible for four incidents of exposing himself and sneaking around houses and peering into windows at rental housing near the Western Washington University campus in Bellingham.

BELLINGHAM, Wash. —

Police are looking for a man who may be responsible for four incidents of exposing himself and sneaking around houses and peering into windows at rental housing near the Western Washington University campus in Bellingham.

The Bellingham Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1gRV214) police aren't certain the same man is responsible for each incident but they're urging residents to report suspicious behavior.
