OLYMPIA, Wash. —

An Olympia restaurant that calls itself the oldest seafood restaurant in Washington has burned.

The fire was reported shortly after midnight at the Oyster House and flames shot through the roof and windows.

KIRO reports firefighters battled stubborn hot spots for several hours early Friday morning. One firefighter suffered a burn on the wrist.

The restaurant dates back to 1924. The owner told the TV station he will rebuild.
