ZILLAH, Wash. —

A wildfire that spread across 10,000 acres of sagebrush and grassland since breaking out Friday between Moxee and Zillah was declared 100 percent contained Sunday evening.

Capt. Ron Fryer of Benton County Fire District 1 told Yakima Herald-Republic ( http://bit.ly/11axJ8k) light winds Sunday allowed firefighters to finish building lines. A few remaining firefighters will be cleaning up Monday.

No structures were lost in the fire.
