Body found in Spokane River

SPOKANE, Wash. —

An autopsy Monday may identify the body that was found Saturday in the Spokane River tangled up in a tree near the Sandifur Bridge.

Officials told KREM (http://bit.ly/11axpGL) the body appeared to have been in the water for possibly more than a month.
