No damage from small earthquake at Entiat Tuesday

A small earthquake rattled the Entiat area on Tuesday morning.

ENTIAT, Wash. —

A small earthquake rattled the Entiat area on Tuesday morning.

KHQ-TV reports the magnitude 2.4 quake hit around 8:55 a.m.

The Pacific Northwest Seismic Center in Seattle says the epicenter was about 2 1/2 miles north of Entiat near Wenatchee in Chelan County.

A resident of the area reported a rolling sensation lasting about 3 seconds. There were no damage or injury reports.
