Reports: 3 dead in shooting at Federal Way apartments

Three people died in a shooting incident at a Federal Way apartment complex Sunday night, television news reported.

Three people were killed in a shooting incident at a Federal Way apartment complex Sunday night, including one shot by police, according to television news reports.

Police responded at about 9:30 p.m. to the Pinewood Village apartments after a report of shots fired and came across two wounded men in a parking lot, according to reports on KING 5 and KOMO-TV.

One of the two was shot by Federal Way police, according to the reports. A third person also was found dead, the reports said.

Police had the incident under control late Sunday, according to the reports.
