SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. —

There has been a large police response from the Spokane County sheriff's office and other agencies to the Dishman Hills area of Spokane Valley.

The incident apparently began with a shooting about 7 a.m. Tuesday when a man took a shot at another man but no one was hit.
