SPOKANE, Wash. —

Police are handing out fliers in downtown Spokane, seeking information about recent attacks on two transients.

KREM reports ( http://bit.ly/16N7VUE) many homeless are on edge but police don't believe the assaults are connected.

A woman was stabbed last week near Freeway Park. She was able to walk to a hospital for help. On Tuesday a man was found on a lower South Hill sidewalk with head trauma.
