The King County Sheriff's office told KOMO-TV ( http://is.gd/u2uDNz) they were called by the homeowner because she thought her tenant may be making explosives.

Sgt. Cindi West says Investigators found explosives in the home, but they do not believe the explosives were part of a dangerous plot.

West says it looks like the tenant was making improvised explosives for target shooting. The man has been arrested for investigation of manufacturing explosive devices.
