KENT, Wash. —

King County prosecutors are recommending a 16-year prison term for an 18-year-old man who pleaded guilty Tuesday to second-degree murder in a stabbing death in Tukwila.

Kolby Clark killed 17-year-old Jasmyn Tully of SeaTac last March at an apartment as she was sleeping.

KOMO reports (http://is.gd/HGJeuQ) Clark told investigators he "felt an urge to hurt someone."
