SEATTLE —

The King County medical examiner has identified Jay Uusitalo of Redmond, Wash., as the pilot who died when a small plane crashed into a house near Woodinville on Saturday.

The 45-year-old was killed and his teen-aged nephew from Eastern Washington was injured when the fixed-wing, single engine plane crashed. Both men were traveling in the plane and no one on the ground was hurt.
