Seattle police say all community centers in the city have been locked down following a shooting at a parks department building.
According to the police department's Twitter feed, detectives believe the shooting Friday at a Parks and Recreation Department building is a case of workplace violence.
The shooting left a 70-year-old man in critical condition. The suspect, a woman in her 40's, is on the run. Police believe she's in a dark sports utility vehicle.
Police have advised nearby schools to lock their doors, but continue operating.
The fire department says the man has been transported to a hospital in critical condition.
