LONGVIEW, Wash. —

Workers with the Cowlitz County coroner's office dug up a grave at a Longview cemetery Wednesday and took some bones from an unidentified 1988 drowning victim.

The Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/XV2QVN) DNA from the bones will be extracted in an attempt to identify the man.

Coroner Tim Davidson learned last week from a missing persons database that dental records suggested a possible identification.
