A Tacoma woman calls herself a "rogue taxidermist."
The 41-year-old woman who goes by the name Acataphasia "Cat" Grey creates paintings and sculptures with animal skins, bones and skulls.
Grey told The News Tribune ( http://bit.ly/13GQPbr) friends often bring her their dead cats to be immortalized as art. She also gets skulls from trappers, buys skins online or picks up road kill.
Grey and her work are scheduled to appear Thursday on the reality TV show "Immortalized" on the AMC channel. It's like the "Iron Chef" show except with taxidermists.
