TACOMA, Wash. —

Dominic Robinson and the Curtis Vikings rallied from an 11-point deficit to force overtime, then extended Garfield's state tournament woes with a 70-66 win in a 4A boys basketball semifinal Friday.

Robinson scored a game-high 25 points, including five in overtime, to lead Curtis (26-2) to its first championship-game appearance since 1986.

The Vikings trailed by 11 points in the third quarter but rallied back to eventually tie the score at 52 on a Tory Causey layup with 5:30 remaining in regulation. The lead changed three more times before Garfield's Demario Hall hit a free throw with 30.6 seconds left to tie the score at 60 and eventually send it into overtime.
