Jackson rallies from early hole to beat C. Valley
Dan Kingma hit a three-pointer at the third-quarter buzzer to give Jackson a four-point lead and the Timberwolves held on from there beating Central Valley 55-47 on Thursday in the Class 4A quarterfinals at the Tacoma Dome.

Dan Kingma hit a three-pointer at the third-quarter buzzer to give Jackson a four-point lead and the Timberwolves held on from there beating Central Valley 55-47 on Thursday in the Class 4A quarterfinals at the Tacoma Dome.
Jackson trailed by as many as nine points in the first half. But Jason Todd, who scored a game-high 19 points and had eight rebounds, helped rally the Timberwolves (25-0). Jackson will play Arlington (22-3) in the semifinals Friday.
Central Valley (22-3), which finished second in state last season, will play in a consolation game Friday.
The Bears were led by Adam Chamberlain and Austin Rehkow, who scored 13 points apiece, while Austin Daines pulled down 11 rebounds.
Kingma and Brian Zehr each scored 12 points for Jackson.
