Abby Phelps poured in a game-high 24 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead Chelan to a 51-24 quarterfinal victory over Cascade Christian in the Class 1A girls state quarterfinals Thursday.

Phelps scored 20 of her points in the first half as the Goats (20-5) raced to a 26-12 halftime lead. She made 10 of 17 shots.

Phelps and Courtney Dietrich each pulled down 16 rebounds as Chelan out rebounded the Cougars (21-2) 54-33.
