Child pornography charges against the former artistic director of Olympia's Capital Playhouse were dismissed when a judge ruled a search of his computer was illegal.
Police looked into the home computer of Troy Fisher last July because he had gone missing. The Olympian reports (http://bit.ly/WoF15P) a detective found suspected child pornography images five hours after being told Fisher had been found safe.
After the case was dismissed Monday, Fisher told supporters that he has never accessed child pornography and there has never been an allegation that he ever acted inappropriately around children.
