Man found dead in Moses Lake ditch
The Spokane County sheriff's office says there's no obvious cause of death for a man whose body was found Sunday in a ditch at an intersection near Medical Lake.

The Spokane County sheriff's office says there's no obvious cause of death for a man whose body was found Sunday in a ditch at an intersection near Medical Lake.
Deputy Mark Gregory says detectives are investigating the death as suspicious while the medical examiner's office conducts an autopsy and identifies the man.
