SEATTLE —

Former Seattle Sonics center Robert Swift's $1 million home has been foreclosed and bought by a new owner, but a Seattle television station reports he is not leaving the house.

The new owner bought the house in Sammamish in January for half the price paid in 2006, but KOMO-TV reports ( http://tinyurl.com/ahmm52d) she hasn't been able to move in because Swift has not left the property.

Standing at more than 7 feet, Swift was drafted out of high school in 2004 by the Sonics. His tenure was plagued with injuries. He played with the Oklahoma City Thunder when the team moved, but was later dropped.

KOMO reports that Swift has gone past the grace period to move out. He has one last deadline before the new owner can request authorities to get involved.
