YAKIMA, Wash. —

Toxicology tests confirmed that a panhandler found dead in his car outside a Yakima fast food restaurant died of a drug overdose.

County coroner Jack Hawkins said 56-year-old Douglas D. Budd had high levels of cocaine and heroin in his system.
