A 13-year-old Eatonville, Wash., boy accused of compiling a "kill list" of fellow students has been released from juvenile detention while his case makes its way through court.
The News Tribune of Tacoma says ( http://is.gd/trnlaA) Pierce County Superior Court Commissioner Wendy Zicht on Friday required the boy to be under adult supervision 24 hours per day and to wear an electronic monitoring device.
Pierce County deputy prosecutor Kevin Benton says Zicht also ordered all guns to be removed from the boy's home.
The boy was arrested Feb. 8 after the principal at Eatonville Middle School learned he allegedly had compiled the kill list.
Prosecutors have charged the boy with four counts of felony harassment. He has pleaded not guilty. His next court date is set for Tuesday.
