Seattle accident cuts power to 3,600 customers
Seattle City Light says a truck crashed into a utility pole Wednesday morning, toppling the pole, along with power lines and three transformers. That knocked out power for about 3,600 homes and businesses.

The outage affected the Capitol Hill, First Hill and south Lake Union neighborhoods.
The utility says power was restored to all but a handful of customers before noon.
