Spokane police are investigating the discovery of a woman found dead in a home on the South Hill.

Spokane police are investigating the discovery of a woman found dead in a home on the South Hill.
Police report the woman had been dead for at least 12 hours when she was found Wednesday morning.
KXLY-TV reports that authorities are trying to determine the woman's cause of death.
