Seattle accident cuts power to 3,600 customers
Seattle City Light says service should be restored by noon for 3,600 homes and businesses that lost power about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday when a car hit a utility pole.

The outage affects the Capitol Hill, First Hill and South Lake Union neighborhoods.
