The Seattle City Council may vote Wednesday afternoon on regulations for the police department's use of drones.
The department says drones will be used to provide an overhead view of large crime scenes, serious accidents, disasters and search and rescue operations. The department says drones won't be used for random surveillance and won't carry weapons.
The ACLU told KING (http://bit.ly/YapHtI) the city needs to set clear controls on the technology or it will control us.
