Kitsap County prosecutors have charged two Port Orchard brothers with controlled substance homicide in the death of a woman.

Prosecutors say Stephen and Matthew Zapatka provided the heroin that killed 49-year-old Shelly Ione Dubois last November with an overdose.

The Kitsap Sun reports ( http://is.gd/SFPvYN) Stephen Zapatka was arrested Monday and an arrest warrant was issued for Peter Zapatka.

If convicted they could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.
