A Port of Portland spokesman says an Alaska Airlines flight bound for Seattle landed Thursday night at Portland International Airport after a pilot apparently lost consciousness.
Port spokesman Steve Johnson tells The Oregonian (http://is.gd/WbrPLU) that Flight 473 landed safely and the crew member was being taken to a hospital.
Alaska Airlines lists the plane as leaving Los Angeles at about 6:40 p.m.
An airline spokesman did not immediately return an Associated Press call for additional details.
