MADISON, Wis. —

Lawyers for a former Wisconsin man accused of killing his autistic half-brother want a judge to move his trial out of Dane County.

The State Journal ( http://bit.ly/WAWGXQ) reports defense attorneys say broadcast, print and online coverage of the case has made it impossible for Jeffrey Vogelsberg to get a fair trial in Madison.

Prosecutors have accused 28-year-old Vogelsberg of regularly torturing and finally killing 27-year-old Matthew Graville in Mazomanie (mah-zoh-MAY'-nee) last summer.

Authorities arrested Vogelsberg in Washington state where he had moved to be with his wife, who's stationed at a military base. Authorities returned Vogelsberg to Wisconsin in December. A Dane County judge recently bound him over for trial on one count of first-degree intentional homicide and one count of hiding a corpse.

He's expected in court Thursday for arraignment.
