Seattle police say they think a man arrested inside a Seattle bank may be the so-called "Jimmy Buffett Bandit," who is accused of robbing at least eight Puget Sound-area banks in recent months.

KOMO-TV reports (http://is.gd/dTI1LO) that a bank security guard knocked a gun out of the hands of a man in a ski mask who had demanded money from a teller Thursday evening. The two men scuffled and the guard was able to hold the man until police arrived. The gun was fake.

Police identified the arrested man as 44-year-old Richard Curtis Marsh.

An FBI spokeswoman wouldn't confirm any names but said the man arrested Thursday is the same man believed responsible for eight bank robberies from Seattle to Lacey.

Ayn Dietrich says the man typically wore tropical print shirts, sunglasses, a long ponytail and a goatee.
