A Dayton man pleaded guilty Wednesday to second-degree murder in the shooting death of his wife.
Fifty-nine-year-old Joseph Shuba faces about 15 years in prison when he is sentenced in Columbia County Superior Court.
If a first-degree murder case had gone to trial, Shuba's lawyer told the Union-Bulletin (http://bit.ly/U3Ut9w) he would have argued the shooting of Suzanne Shuba last April was self-defense.
