Woman killed at campsite near Marblemount
A man called 911 about 2 a.m. Saturday and said he accidentally shot his girlfriend at their campsite on a trail near Marblemount.

A man called 911 about 2 a.m. Saturday and said he accidentally shot his girlfriend at their campsite on a trail near Marblemount.
The Skagit County sheriff's office says deputies hiked to the scene and found the 28-year-old woman dead.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports ( http://bit.ly/W0aOdX) the 31-year-old Rockport man was booked into the county jail at Mount Vernon for investigation of homicide.
