Tickets to the Seahawks' next playoff game were being purchased at the rate of about 100 an hour Monday at the NFL's authorized ticket-resale site, nfl.com/ticketexchange.

By Monday afternoon, the site listed some 7,000 seats available in the 71,000-seat Georgia Dome for Sunday's game versus the Atlanta Falcons, at 10 a.m. Seattle time.

Available seats, many of them being resold, ranged from $75 for the upper deck above an end zone to a couple of $3,000 seats 16 rows up from the action at the 40-yard line.

Additional resale tickets were available elsewhere online.

Stubhub.com, for example, said it had 10,000 seats available.

They ranged from $75 high-up spots to $3,800 for front-row seats in an end zone — the kind of seat that could get you a brief shot on TV when Marshawn Lynch comes rumbling through the end zone.

Many of the tickets for resale are being offered at prices far above face value, and there's no guarantee sellers will get the prices they're asking.

And then, of course, you'll have to get yourself to Atlanta.

Various online sites, such as priceline.com, were showing round-trip airfares of about $590 to $700 — and higher — flying to Atlanta on Saturday and back on Monday.

Those fares could change without notice.

A bargain rate combining a flight and rental car was offered for about $522, but its rate climbed through the day.

Travel experts say lock up your game tickets before buying airline seats, to avoid having to watch the game from a sports bar.

If you're confident enough in Pete Carroll, Russell Wilson and their crew in blue, you might want to start thinking about a trip the following weekend to Green Bay or San Francisco for the NFC Championship.

Or — dare we mention — to New Orleans for Super Bowl XLVII on Feb. 3.
