By the end of the week Spokane officials expect to have cleared out the homeless who have been camping under the downtown 90-year-old viaduct.
The city says it will offer social services to the campers and then give them 24 hours to vacate.
KXLY reports ( http://bit.ly/VKcyr6) those who refuse to move could get a ticket from police or a trip to jail.
