Initiative promoter Tim Eyman says he's dropping off petitions Thursday in Olympia on his latest campaign.
He calls Initiative 517 the "Protect the Imitative Act."
It would set penalties for harassing signature gatherers and signers, and it would allot more time for signatures to be collected.
