The Pierce County prosecutor says a second Tacoma teen has been arrested and arraigned on a murder charge in the Nov. 18 shooting death of a man who was driving around looking for his dog.
Bail was set at $2 million for the teen arrested Sunday.
Prosecutor Mark Lindquist says both 16-year-olds are self-described gang members. Both have been charged with first-degree murder in the death of 45-year-old David Watson. The victim encountered the two in the parking lot of a convenience store. They demanded money and then shot him as he sat in his pickup truck. He died a few hours later.
One teen was arraigned Nov. 28 and a bench warrant was issued for the second.
