A 27-year-old Vader man could face a manslaughter charge in the death of his father who hit his head on the ground during a confrontation.

The Chronicle reports (http://is.gd/SFAIQv) Travis M. Myers was jailed last week for investigation of assault after he pushed his father outside a Morton motel because of a confrontation between his father and mother.

Fifty-two-year-old Michael K. Myers suffered a head injury and later died at a Seattle hospital.
