Spokane police have a suspect in custody after a man was stabbed to death in northeast Spokane Saturday night.

The Spokesman-Review reports ( http://is.gd/JVIgfI) the man was stabbed multiple times. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Police say witnesses gave officers the name of a suspect, and that man was located near where the stabbing occurred.

Police have not released the name of the victim or suspect.
