A man with nine felony convictions has been accused of stealing 14 cars this month in Spokane.
Police said Tuesday they arrested 31-year-old Hector Martinez after he was seen parking a stolen car. Investigators recovered nine stolen cars in one day and linked him to five more stolen vehicles recovered earlier. Most of the cars were Accuras and Hondas.
Police say video surveillance of one of the thefts showed it took him only 30 seconds to get in and drive away.
