JUNEAU, Alaska —

A 25-year-old woman has been indicted for allegedly carrying heroin on a plane from Seattle to Juneau.

Jessica Beck is accused of carrying $110,000 worth of heroin. She was arrested at the Juneau International Airport on Nov. 8 after narcotic investigators obtained a search warrant and found two hidden packages.

The Juneau Empire (http://is.gd/y8LwrT) says a grand jury indicted Beck on Friday.

She is charged with knowingly possessing heroin with the intent to manufacture or deliver it. If convicted, she could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 fine.
