Washington State University football is going to get a new headquarters building.
The WSU Board of Regents on Friday approved a $61 million football operation building to be constructed beginning this month.
The school just completed a $65 million addition for premium seating and a new press box.
The new football operations building will provide coaches offices, along with equipment, training, locker and weight rooms. It will be built on the west end of Martin Stadium.
Construction will begin after the Apple Cup this year and is to be completed by June 2014.
Most of the money to pay the bonds will come from the Pac-12's huge new television contract.
